The project involved a lot of reconfiguration to include three separate blocks each with its unique aspect.  With attention to orientation & aspect of living areas, house energy ratings in excess of 6 stars were achieved without the need for special glazing or excessive insulation costs.  The development is situated in a Heritage Precinct requiring an architectural style that complimented the existing character homes in the area.
